Current and Past Exhibits

In addition to the permanent collection, Artisan Village of Coolidge.org has a regular cycle of changing exhibits. From modern art to photography and the antique, it's worth coming back to see them all!

Current Exhibits

Here is a list of all of our current exhibits. Each one is unique and only runs for a limited amount of time. Read the bulletins below to find out more about each exhibit and don't miss your chance to see it.

Volcanoes of Pinal County, Arizona

This exhibit shows examples of volcanic action that happened millenia ago that shaped the landscape of Pinal County, Central Arizona and the entire southwest of the United States. Specific local mountains that had been formed by volcanic action will bring this exciting display to life.

Ice Age Animals of Central Arizona

Hundreds of thousands of years ago prehistoric animals roamed Central Arizona including Pinal County. This exhibit brings pre-history into the present day with the fossilized remenents from that period in our local history.
View the photo gallery below to get a first impression of our current exhibits.

Past Exhibits

We have compiled a list of past exhibits for those of you who missed one or want to learn more about your last visit.

Ancient Murals

A group of photographers joined a team of archaeologists and researchers to bring you amazing insight into the mural paintings of our ancient ancestors. These photographs show some of the world's finest examples of uncovered treasures from a bygone era of mankind.

The photography has been preserved and digitally reproduced here. The gallery below contains several photos excerpted from this exhibit.
